The location of the well is proposed in the <br /> planter area between the off ramp and Interstate 5. The final location may be moved 1 <br /> to 2 meters depending on the location of underground utilities in the vicinity. This <br /> determination will be made in the field on the date of drilling. <br /> • Regarding Item 2 of your letter: a drawing has been prepared showing the completion <br /> detail of the well cover/vault box (Plate 2) <br /> • Regarding Item 3 of your letter: Blaine Tech Services Inc. (Blaine) is the ground water <br /> sampling sub-contractor that Shell Oil Products Company (Shell)uses for collection of <br /> ground water samples. Blaine will visit the well on a quarterly basis to collect ground <br /> water samples and evaluate the condition of the well and vault box.
