The results show that the waste is hazardous, assuming <br /> that the Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration values specified in 66699, <br /> Title 22, California Administrative Code are applicable since the oil is a <br /> liquid. <br /> It is, however, the Department's position that the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board is providing adequate direction on the cleanup and mitigation <br /> of this spill. Based on this, the Department will limit its involvement in <br /> this issue provided that the following conditions are met. <br /> 1. You should provide this office with copies of all correspondence, plans, <br /> and documents when they are submitted to the Regional Board. <br /> 2.
