The request for the report is made pursuant to Section 13267 of the Porter-Cologne Water <br /> Quality Control Act (California Water Code). The first request for a RWD was dated 21 August 2000. <br /> Preparation of the RWD is described in the correspondence to you dated 21 August 2000 which is <br /> enclosed with this letter. Please submit the complete RWD (Form 200 and answers to additional <br /> questions) by 5 February 2001. <br /> Pilkington Company is legally responsible for complying with the Water Code, and shall submit <br /> the RWD pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code.
