For each application area,
describe how tailwater and stormwater are retained within the application area boundary.
15) Provide description of the types of soil underlying the existing and planned land application
areas. Include a copy of reports describing soil quality, infiltration rates, or other soil
parameters.
16) Provide a description of site hydrogeology, including groundwater depth, gradient, and water
quality data for the first unconfined aquifer at each storage or application areas.
17) Provide a monthly water balance demonstrating adequate containment capacity for the 100-
year return period total annual precipitation, including consideration of at least:
a. Local evaporation data;
b. Local precipitation data;
c. Projected future wastewater loading rates; and
d. Projected long-term percolation rates (including the effects of solids plugging in application
areas.
18) Provide CEQA documentation for the additional land application area,providing
identification and analysis of potential impacts associated with the facility, and a description
of required mitigation measures. Also include documentation that demonstrates legal
resolution of any CEQA-related issues.
C:IFfnjm Filq taWllanBo 0B 1800.tltt
