(AGE) has prepared this proposal to <br /> provide professional environmental services for the site located at 500 East Louise <br /> Avenue, Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California (site). The scope of work includes <br /> advancement of up 40 soil probe borings for the collection of soil samples and water <br /> samples to evaluate the presence and define the type or extent of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-impacted or metals-impacted soil between 5 and 30 feet below surface <br /> grade, near the established Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) areas. <br /> Based on PNA Lathrop facility Recognized Environmental Conditions from the Phase 1 <br /> ESA, dated 03 March 2014, prepared by TRC the following items will be evaluated: <br /> REC2 - The presents of water quality degrading chemicals within the shallow upper <br /> aquifer, within an area of the property; REC3 - Former glass dust waste streams on the <br /> southwestern portion of the property; REC 4: Leaking lubrication oil from the glass float <br /> line (planned soil excavation in 1993; REC5 - A report of a 1985 oil line leak at the south <br /> edge of the property which reportedly underwent investigation and remediation <br /> throughout the process with excavation and soil disposal; REC6 - A report of a 1992 <br /> above ground storage tank oil leak at the west side of the on-site transformer station on <br /> the property which reportedly underwent investigation and excavation; and other area of <br /> the property deemed a REC. <br /> 837 Shaw Road •Stockton,CA 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 • Fax(209)467-1118 <br />
