The site is within
the roadway extension in the 400 or 500 block of D'Arcy (not at 400 D'Arcy).
Approximately 100 to 150 yds. of soil has been excavated and stockpiled, this
appears to be the limits of the impacted soil
Sides and base of the excavation sampled -10 mgtkg to 340 mg/kg diesel range
hydrocarbons
• Water grab sample from excavation was 190 mgn diesel range hydrocarbons,
benzene was ND (I don't know the detection level yet)
The diesel fuel appears to be fresh product, probably related to fueling of
construction equipment. There are no known USTs, The site was agricultural
before grading. We will direct operations and will use ATC Associates for on site
environmental consulting/field work. I.expect that we will do the following:
• Confirm extent of the diesel impacted soil and groundwater
