ATC will prepare a report that will include a description of all field activities, <br /> laboratory analytical results, weWboring logs; and recommendations, if any; for additional <br /> monitoring. If post-remedial monitoring results indicate that groundwater remains impacted, <br /> ATC will address the need for additional remedial action in this report. <br /> . •P cte <br /> Upon_completion of construction activities and receipt of remediation confirmation "satnpft <br /> results, ATC will submit the well permit applications with the appropriate fees and will schedule <br /> drMing activities. ATC will notify PHS/EHD at least 48 hours prior to begamag any field <br /> activities. Installation of the monitoring wells is expected to take one full day. The wells will be <br /> developed and sampled the following day.
