(ATC) on behalf of Diamond Walnut Growers Inc. (DWG) for its Stockton
Plant. In addition,Regional Board staff met with you and your consultant on 3 February 2004 to
answer any questions you had about our comments. At that meeting, you agreed to investigate
some alternatives that would affect the implementation of the work and submit a revised work
plan.
Regional Board staff called you and ATC several times since February 3 to check on the status of
the revised work plan and was told the revised work plan was being completed and would be
submitted. However, we still have not received the revised work plan, although we requested it
about 6 months ago. DWG must provide this technical report for our review and proceed to
cleanup the chromium pollution in the groundwater.
By 9 July 2004, you are required to submit a revised work plan for the treatability study. If we
do not receive the revised work plan by that date, we will consider an enforcement action. If you
have any questions, you may contact Mary Serra at (916) 464-46$2 or by email at
serram rb5s.swrcb.ca.gov.
 , W
WENDY L.
