Subsequent to the completion of the <br /> work described in the Work Plan, DWG must submit a work plan to define the vertical <br /> extent of the pollution. <br /> By 1 November 2002,please submit a well installation and sampling results report for the <br /> proposed work. The report should be prepared in general accordance with the enclosed Items to <br /> be Included in a Site Assessment Report.
