Chevron Environmental <br /> Management Company ("CEMC") and its agents, on behalf of TOC, are working under the direction of <br /> the Agency to remediate the environmental contamination resulting from the former pipeline property. <br /> The current scope of work for the Property includes monitoring and sampling of one (1) boring <br /> on the property. <br /> On October 11, 2019, CEMC and the then property owners entered into a Site Access <br /> Agreement(the "Agreement"). The Agreement, among other things, grants access to CEMC and its <br /> agents to conduct environmental investigation and remediation work at the Property. The Agreement is <br /> still in effect. <br /> CEMC understands that you recently purchased the Property from John M. Fisher and <br /> Catherine J. Fisher. We propose accessing your property and continuing our work under the terms <br /> of the Agreement with you having full rights as a successor to John M. Fisher and Catherine J.
