(AGE) on 16 <br /> September 1998 for the installation of four dual-completed ground water monitoring wells at the above <br /> referenced site. This revision is being submitted to address comments made by the PHS-EHD during a <br /> phone conversation on 09 March 1999: <br /> I. Each proposed ground water monitoring well will be single-completed as a ground water monitoring <br /> well utilizing 2-inch diameter, schedule 40 PVC well casing.A proposed well construction diagram <br /> is enclosed as Figure 3. <br /> 2. Drilling will be accomplished utilizing a CME-75 mobile drill rig and eight-inch hollow stem <br /> augers. <br /> 3. A tentative schedule of upcoming.activities for the site is as follows: <br /> 31 March 1999 - Installation of ground water monitoring wells; <br /> 05 April I999- Develop/sample'monitoring wells;. <br /> 05 July 1999- Second Quarter monitoring/sampling event. <br /> 05 October 1999- Third Quarter monitoring/sampling event. <br /> 4.
