PHSIEHD is hereby directing you to implement the <br /> work plan for soil excavation without delay. If you need assistance in working with the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board, Underground Storage Tank Clean-up Fund,-please <br /> call Dot Lofstrom at (209) 468-3436. �gg <br /> f <br /> PHS/EHD.agrees with Conclusion One of the report as well, which is to collect N <br /> groundwater samples from the monitoring wells and analyze them for natural attenuation <br /> parameters (NAPs). However, NAPS should be collected only from impacted wells plus <br /> one additional well that has not been impacted (to serve as the control well).
