The plan is <br /> a proposal to remove soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST'product lines, underground storage tanks, or dispensers which <br /> were located on the property. <br /> PHSIEHD has remade a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299..37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> -cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E. Weber Avenue, <br /> Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final PHSIEHD <br /> approval for the plan is scheduled for December 15, 2000.. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to i <br /> Carol Oz, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3440 or sent in writing to her at 304 'E.
