These regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking <br /> underground storage tank sites. The regulations can be accessed on the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board website at http://www.calregs.com/. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region "Appendix A - <br /> Reports Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation <br /> of Underground Tank Sites" should be used as a guidance document.
