• i r
GEORGE AND MEI TERA•NISHI •
1600 Durham Ferry Rd.
Page 2 oft
sentinel well is also needed between the source area and the 1600 Durham Ferry Road
domestic well. Provide a work plan to install the wells to the EHD by 15 August 2007.
The QMR recommended that groundwater samples collected from the monitoring wells
and domestic wells in the current monitoring program be analyzed for standard minerals
and Cr+6. A technical justification for this recommendation was not provided. The EHD
cannot approve the recommendation without a valid technical justification. Please note
that it is unlikely that the State Cleanup Fund will reimburse for any additional Cr+6
analyses unless it can be shown to have originated from the unauthorized release from
your underground storage tank (UST) system.
Questions or comments may be directed to Nuel Henderson at (209) 468-3436.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Nuel C.
