AS-7 was not installed.Andrew is preparing a brief well installation report. There were
several complications in installing a well in that location:A rig could not be used because of
the ceiling and an angle boring or hand auger could not be employed because the annulus
would collapse once we were below the water table.Thinking of alternatives.
2. No changes to the standard monitoring procedure. I just wanted to formalize the routine
that is currently be conducted. The Work Plan lists only the wells we have access to for
monitoring. Domestic well 31448,SW-101, MW-6 and MW-106 are no longer monitored
because of restricted access. We shut the air sparging system off about 7 to 10 days prior
to monitoring the wells,so any mounding will rebalance with the natural water table.
On a side note. The new extraction wells are really working well. We've collected two vapor
samples to date with TPHg levels of 4.1 million ug/m3 and 1.1 million ug/m3, respectively. Reports
to follow.
11/18/2014
