Dr. Ray <br /> Kablanow, a registered professional geologist, will supervise this project. Copies of the <br /> t report will be forwarded to both the appropriate County and State regulatory agencies <br /> (SCDER and CRWQCB). <br /> 4.0 SIGNATURE AND CERTIFICATION <br /> ' This project will be performed by Geological Technics Inc. in accordance with accepted <br /> geologic and hydrologic standards of the State of California accepted and in effect at the time <br /> of this investigation.
