I <br />�I <br /> Geofogica,(Tecfmw* s Inc. <br />�r <br /> 2741(Rjverq?9ad <br /> I Modesto,Caffurrzra 95351 <br /> (209)538-6424ITar,#538-5852 <br />�I <br /> REPORT 1 <br /> Groundwater Monitoring <br /> 1st Quarter 2001 <br />�I George's Service <br /> 1600 Durham Ferry Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Project No 425 2 <br /> April 23, 2001 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This report summarizes the 1" Quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and testing that was <br /> completed on March 6, 2001 <br /> Groundwater gradients and bearings were calculated and are summarized as follows <br /> e Water table 0 0044 ft/ft at S27E <br /> 0 Intermediate 0 0018 ft/ft at N88°E <br /> The analytical results from the March 6, 2001 monitoring event show that aromatic <br />'k hydrocarbon compounds (BTEX) and gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH-G) are <br /> present in 4 of the 12 monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2, MW-4 and MW-5) Three domestic <br /> water wells in the immediate area of the tanks were tested and none of the wells contained <br /> contaminant concentrations above the laboratory detection limits <br /> A summary of findings include <br />' I Hydrogeology <br /> * The shallow groundwater aquifer flow direction is predominantly to the north to <br /> northeast since May 1995 For the March 2001 event however, the direction was to <br /> the southeast This may be an anomalous reading <br /> • O The piedommant groundwater gradient direction for the intennediate depth aquifer <br /> is towards the east-northeast <br /> 1 <br />
