In this connection, your letter addressed to the decedent "(Eugene Hiett) c/o Betty Jean Hiett (Heathcock) his daughter, 3 ,Martin Lane , Little Rock, Arkansas 72118 , has been referred to me for reply and appropriate attention . :The Executrix is not familiar with the claim which you mention in your letter and, therefore , denies any liability or responsibility for the payment of same .
