Durham Ferry Rd. <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> Please be advised that this office has reviewed the activities to <br /> date at the above referenced site. <br /> In June, 1988, one (1) monitoring well was installed and sampled. <br /> Laboratory analysis of the groundwater sample from MW 11 indicated <br /> concentrations of benzene, toluene, and total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons at 1. 60 parts per billion (ppb) , 16.5ppb, and 244ppb <br /> respectively. <br /> The extent of migration of gasoline related constituents in the <br /> groundwater and the groundwater gradient are not known at this <br /> time. Therefore, additional monitoring wells will be necessary to <br /> provide this data. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title 23 , Subchapter <br /> 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including the <br /> results of all investigation completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for the <br /> completion of the investigation of the site and remediation; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, pH, <br /> conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> -a site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, if <br /> known, and changes in the above measurements over the last <br /> quarter; and <br /> -method and location of disposal of the contaminated soil <br /> and/or groundwater.
