Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of <br /> Underground Tank Sites. we do not believe that any -purpose will <br /> be served by submitting the plan as currently drafted. Moreover, <br /> given the lack of responsivehess and the poor quality of Delta's <br /> work, and the fact that Ruiz Grocery has received a Letter of <br /> Commitment from the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, we feel that in <br /> furtherance of the goal to clean-up this site, it would be <br /> propitious to re-bid the project. <br /> As we discussed, we will expedite the bidding packets and <br /> work to have a new consultant on-board in the next few weeks.
