Three months later, routine testing <br /> 3 of the two existing underground storage tanks indicated a <br /> 4 product loss in one of .the tanks . IIThe underground storage <br /> 5 tanksl�Icontained leaded and unleaded gasoline and were on the <br /> 6 property on May 10, 1986, when Mr. " and Mrs. Ruiz took <br /> 7 possession. <br /> i <br /> 8 4 . In June 1988', one monitoring well was installed and j <br /> 9 sampled. The laboratory results evidence benzene, toluene, <br /> 0 y <br /> 10 ethylbenzene and ;xylene,; in the soil and groundwater. Three <br /> 11 monitoring wells continue to be tested for these and other <br /> 12 contaminants on a quarterly basis. Said monitoring is required <br /> 13 by Sanl:l Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> p <br /> 14 Health Division which is the lead regulatory agency. <br /> 15 5 . Wilibaldo and Stella Ruiz seek a claim of <br /> I <br /> 16 reimbursement, indemnity, or contribution against the estate of <br /> 17 DECEDENT for any loss, damage, cost, claim or other expense, <br /> 18 they may incur or suffer by reasonof the allegations in the f <br /> 19 pending matter. <br /> 20 �',,' 6 .
