At that time , I requested that <br /> you write me a letter, giving me detai-is of your claim, but <br /> to date , !''have failed to hear from you. <br /> However, I followed up our telephone conversation <br /> and visited the office of the Probate Clerk of Pulaski County, <br /> Arkansasj'and obtained copies of the two affidavits to claim <br /> against estate, filed by Wilibaldo Ruiz and 'Stella Ruiz . On <br /> behalf of my client, Billie F. Hiett, Widow and Executrix of <br /> the estate of Eugene H. Hiett, deceased, I have filed a re- <br /> sponsive ;pleading entitled "Disapproval of Claims Against <br /> Estate . I am furnishing you a copy of same as an enclosure <br /> to this letter. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of the Probate Code of <br /> the State of Arkansas , the-.procedure is that the claimants <br /> shall nowE respond, answering the denial of the personal repre- <br /> sentative', furnishing additional data with a view of corroborating <br /> a proper !`claim, and prepare for submission to the trial court. <br /> This matter has now been set for a hearing in the Pulaski Pro- <br /> bate Court, Fifth Division, Little Rock, Arkansas , on Wednesday, <br /> May 26, 1993, at 1 : 30 o' clock P .M.
