The approximate depth of product was one foot. Free product was <br /> removed and contained in a 55 gallon drum stored on site. in lieu of sampling MWI, the domestic well <br /> was sampled. PHS/EHD has the following comments for your consideration and action. <br /> Corrective Action Regulations require that a free product removal plan be submitted within 45 days from <br /> the date of discovery. Therefore, please submit by February 19, 1993, a free product removal plan. The <br /> product which is removed should be stored and managed according to the requirements of the California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 22 Division 4.5, Chapter 12, Article 3, Section 66262.34 (e)(1). <br /> Currently, there are four drums on site, one containing soil cuttings, two containing purge water from <br /> MW1 and MW2, and one drum containing product removed from MWL Please submit a disposal plan for <br /> the contents of these drums. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Mary Meays, REHS, of my staff at (209) 468-0337. <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H. <br /> Health Officer <br /> t <br /> �0 <br /> tie A.
