Soil contamunderground at andiscovered # <br /> proposed to close p <br /> covered atlevels <br /> up to 8,400 mg/kg TPHg and 89 mg/kg benzene. <br /> 12/16/87 New domestic well installed onsite; 185 feet deep, 100 foot grout seal. <br /> 01/29/88 UAR and Prop 65#88-001(4 filed this date. <br /> 04/26/88 Old domestic well (68 feet'deep) destroyed. <br /> 05/27/88 Monitoring Well #1 installed this date, located between the underground <br /> storage tanks and the onsite domestic well. <br /> 02/28/89 Two 1000-gallon underground storage tanks removed this date under <br /> permit and inspection. Soil samples for analysis were collected: Results <br /> of the analyses were positive for petroleum hydrocarbons at.levels up to <br /> 28,000 mg/kg TPHg and 230 mg/kg benzene. <br /> 08/13/91 Site entered into Local Oversight Program this date. <br /> 08/28/91 MW-2 and MW-3 installed this date. <br /> 07/16/93 Site received Letter of Commitment from the SWRCB. <br /> 10/21/93 installation of six hydropunch soil borings (HP-1 thru,HP-6) for the <br /> collection of soil and grab groundwater samples. Installation of three <br /> vapor extraction wells (V1N-1, VW-2, VW-3). Soil contamination reported <br /> in 15 foot bsg samples from the VW borings.
