Soil samples for analysis were collected: Results of the analyses were positive for petroleum hydrocarbons at.levels up to 28,000 mg/kg TPHg and 230 mg/kg benzene. 08/13/91 Site entered into Local Oversight Program this date. 08/28/91 MW-2 and MW-3 installed this date. 07/16/93 Site received Letter of Commitment from the SWRCB. 10/21/93 installation of six hydropunch soil borings (HP-1 thru,HP-6) for the collection of soil and grab groundwater samples. Installation of three vapor extraction wells (V1N-1, VW-2, VW-3). Soil contamination reported in 15 foot bsg samples from the VW borings.
