Clean today. <br /> The toilet paper in the women's restroom is not in the dispenser. Maintain toilet paper in the dispenser. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. (114250, 114250.1, 114276) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The facility has numerous broken/missing floor and coving tiles tiles throughout, as well as missing <br /> grout.The missing/broken tiles and lack of tile grout is causing water and debris to settle into the void. Replace missing and <br /> broken floor and coving tiles and re-grout floor tiles where needed by 1 month. Maintain these areas clean and sanitary until <br /> repairs are made(as well as thereafter). <br /> There is pooled/standing water on the floor by the flat top grill,fryers, soft serve machine, underneath equipment and at the <br /> entrance door floor. Eliminate standing water today. <br /> There are numerous holes in ceiling panels throughout. Fill in holes in ceiling panels(or replace panels)by 2 weeks. <br /> The walls throughout have splatter and debris. Clean walls by 2 weeks. <br /> Observed old food debris on the floor and under equipment.
