Replace missing and <br /> broken floor and coving tiles and re-grout floor tiles where needed by 1 month. Maintain these areas clean and sanitary until <br /> repairs are made(as well as thereafter). <br /> There is pooled/standing water at soft serve machine side of the building. Eliminate standing water today. <br /> There are numerous holes in ceiling panels throughout. Fill in holes in ceiling panels(or replace panels)by 2 weeks. <br /> The walls throughout have splatter and debris. Clean walls by 2 weeks. <br /> The FRP has come loose from the wall (in between the two entrance doors of the facility)and there is exposed sheetrock. <br /> Repair wall to make the surface smooth, cleanable, durable and non-absorbent. Correct by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
