CITY OF TRACY FIRE DEPT CALLED THIS MORNING." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Per Supervisor, a fire occurred on Tuesday morning at 7:10am.There was a gas leak at the gas line of the flat top grill.The <br /> flat top grill had been pulled back from the wall to inspect the line, so the flat top grill was not under the hood. The ANSUL <br /> system did not deploy. The fire was put out with a fire extinguisher. <br /> Tracy Fire Dept. responded, but the fire had already been put out by Sonic employees. <br /> Facility has been closed since 12-24-19. <br /> Per Tracy Fire Dept. report(dated 12-26-19):fire extinguishing devices have been serviced (12-24-19)and the hoods were <br /> cleaned (12-23-19). <br /> Per facility supervisor, contaminated food and potentially contaminated food was discarded.
