1�� ATC PropO5aI N0. 054-2019-0054 1 July 10,2019 Page 2 of 2 After ATC'a Initial review,the client will he provided with a IIsi of any additional Information needed for Inclusion In the SPCC Plan and identify any container or facility deficiencies (operational, engineering and/or otherwise)that must be corrected to satisfy the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112.The client will then be offered the opportunity to use its own resources to called and supply the required information,and correct am.all,or none of identified defciencies. Once all the required information is collected and any deficiencies are darrected,ATC wII produce a draft version of the Plan for client review and comment. After any comments are addressed,one(1)electrons,copy of the final codified SPCC Plan cerMgd by a California P.E.will be delivered to the client In the event that a specified corrective action cannot immediately be completed,the P.E. may issue an SPCC but cert the SPCC Plan under the conditional requirement that the corrective adion(;)be completed by a specified data SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES Due to wide variance In equipment ouUMing and how regulations are enforced,the folkrwing services will be provided on a time and material basis at a rate d$85 per hour: • Responses to unwarranted or unreasonable regulator challenges, . Employee Training. EXCLUSIONS' The following outside professional services may be required for completion of the SPCC but are rot icoludnd In this estimate. • Recovery of obscured or missing AST specification Information as,required in the SPCC, • Determining howa AST Is equipped or pugged,beyond whet is visually obvious, • A determination of suitability of service ofall AST;or his appurtenances, • Engineering and modifications needed for appraisers, piping or other conveyance equipment or structures that may be necessary in order for the facility to comply with the requirements d40 CFR Pad 112, • Required Certified AST Inspectioro or Testing. COMPENSATION ATC wall prepare an SPCC denied by a California Professional Engineer for the facility for a lump sum of$3,500.This estimate assumes two material storage areas and fire bulk oil containers.
