The report has not been signed and stamped by a <br /> California registered or certified professional as <br /> required by the Tri-Regional Guidelines. Provide <br /> documentation that the above report <br /> was written under the <br /> direction of a registered or certified professional. <br /> onitorin wells which no longer provide data or have <br /> 2 . Dry m g <br /> any intended use in further remedial activities should be <br /> properly destroyed under permit and inspection by .this <br /> office. <br /> 3 . We have 'no previous information on boring hole one- (BH-1) <br /> completed on March ' 23 , 1990. It was not shown on the <br /> original work plan or permit issued for the three <br /> monitoring wells in March, 1990.
