The report has not been signed and stamped by a <br /> California registered or certified professional as <br /> required by the Tri-Regional Guidelines. We have 'no previous information on boring hole one- (BH-1) <br /> completed on March ' 23 , 1990. It was not shown on the <br /> original work plan or permit issued for the three <br /> monitoring wells in March, 1990.
