As specified in the Authority to Construct, we have completed <br /> the required initial monitoring of the soil vapor extraction system. The purpose is to <br /> demonstrate that the system cans-meet the minimum.,petroleum hydrocarbon destruction <br /> efficiency specified in the permit(95 percent). <br /> it The attached table summarizes the monitoring data for air flow rates and petroleum <br /> concentrations detected in the influent and effluent air samples. A copy of the analytical <br /> report is attached.
