Flow rate calculations.shall be submitted.to the District along with the laboratory sample S <br /> analysis results. <br /> 9. Initial compliance with VOC emission rate and control efficiency requirements shall be demonstrated by <br /> the results of the laboratory sample analysis. The results shall be submitted to.the District within <br /> 60 days of the test. <br /> 10. Ongoing compliance with VOC emission rate and control efficiency requirements'shall be demonstrated by <br /> sampling both the influent and effluent gas streams with an FID, PID, or other District-approved VOC <br /> detection device. <br /> 11. Sampling to demonstrate ongoing compliance shall be performed at least once per:month when utilizing <br /> either a thermal or catalytic oxidizer unit. <br /> 12. Records of the cumulative running time and the measured influent and effluent VOC concentrations shall <br /> be maintained. <br /> 13. All records shall be retained for a minimum of 2 years, and shall be made available for District <br /> inspection upon reque'st4-�' <br /> 14. Operation of the soil remediation system shall not exceed 2 years without prior District approval. <br /> 15. The oxidizer shall be equipped and operated with a gauge which indicates the temperature of the <br /> combustion chamber. A continuous recording.device shall be utilized to document the combustion <br /> chamber temperature during system operation. <br /> 16. The soil remediation system shall not be operated unless the combustion chamber is at or above the " <br /> minimum`operating temperature. The system shall automatically terminate operation if.the temperature <br /> drops below the minimum operating temperature. <br /> 17. The minimum operating temperature for the combustion chamber of the thermal oxidizer'is 1,400 degrees <br /> F. <br /> 18. The minimum operating temperature for the combustion chamber of the catalytic oxidizer is 600 degrees <br /> F. 1' <br /> 19. Only liquified petroleum gas or natural gas shall be used as the auxiliary fuel for the combustion of. <br /> VOCs. 'i <br /> 20.
