Valley Pacific Petroleum has <br /> engaged Condor Earth to complete a new SPCC that will clearly address the items discussed during the <br /> inspection, <br /> Violation 611 - The 55 gallon drums are shown and identified in the 2016 SPCC. Note that a clearer, more <br /> up to date version of the SPCC is under review. <br /> Violation 618— Inspections have been conducted monthly of all above ground tanks (including the 55 gallon <br /> drums and containment). These inspections are outlined in the SPCC and are attached. Note that a clearer, <br /> more up to date version of the SPCC is under review. <br /> Violation 710/712—Integrity testing was performed on the 12,000 gallon tank. As described in your email <br /> one of the requirements for continued service is to monthly inspect the foundation of the tank. You will find <br /> the monthly inspections attached.
