However, if there are any changes <br /> to the existing facility, including management of oil transference, expansion, new improvements, <br /> and/or operations, the Facility Manager will notify a Registered Civil Engineer to review the <br /> change(s) at the facility to determine if calculations for this report are still applicable. If the change <br /> alters the SPCC Plan for the facility, then the law requires an amendment to this SPCC Plan. <br /> The validity of the analysis contained in this report is dependent upon the prescribed inspections, <br /> observations, and analysis program specified by 4Creeks, Inc. during the operation of the facility. <br /> Any recommendations in the report shall be reviewed and observed using the same program.
