One 55 gallon drum for gasoline was observed on site. The SPCC plan must discuss: <br /> (i)The type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. For mobile or portable containers, either provide <br /> the type of oil and storage capacity for each container or provide an estimate of the potential number of mobile or <br /> portable containers,the types of oil, and anticipated storage capacities. Ensure that the SPCC plan accurately <br /> reflects the policies and procedures at the facility and submit proof to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 618 CFR 112.7(e), 112.8(c)(6) Failed to keep records of procedures, inspections,or integrity tests for three years. <br /> Copies of annual inspection records for June 2016 through June 2019 were not found on site. Inspections and tests <br /> must be conducted in accordance with the written procedures developed in the Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> Countermeasure(SPCC)Plan. Records of these inspections and tests must be signed by the appropriate <br /> supervisor or inspector and kept on site with the SPCC Plan for a period of three years. Immediately locate a copy <br /> of all annual inspection records for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD or if no <br /> records can be found complete an annual inspection and submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
