i
deal that was made when your RP/you folks requested fast track
reimbursement . I got the RP on the fast track $ $ $ list and with it goes fast
tract reports and field work too .
have the report on Geotracker for my review/receipt by July 21 . Don 't
forget to allow upload time of about 3 days .
I ' ll get back to you on the spreading today or tomorrow .
From : Jeanne Homsey [mailto :jeanne. homsey@atcassociates .com]
Sent: Monday, July 14, 2008 1 : 15 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH ]
Subject: RE : KI soil spread .
Hi Mike ,
We did analyze for 1 ,2-DCA and EDB . It's in the lab report and the table will be amended
accordingly.
The samples were collected from the depth specified on the table. If you think there's a
possibility this would get approved ( I hear 'no') we can collect composite samples .
The client asked if we could use the soil at the specified location . We were trying to assist
the client if possible and reduce the cost of transport and disposal of the soil . We proposed
the cleanest soil to minimize off-gas to the neighboring properties . The contingency plan is to
encapsulate and further treat the soil on site before placement or take the soil to the landfill .
For the due date, I had a different understanding of when field work ended . We were basing
on the well sampling which occured on 6/17 . Let me know either way. Thanks !
Jeanne Hornsey, PE I Branch Manager I ATC Associates Inc.
