Box full of water when opened ; cap secure. <br /> MW3 : Bolt ears on box stripped; may be re-tappable. <br /> MW4R: Casing too high for box; will lower and resurvey once new wells are installed . <br /> MW5: 2 of 3 bolt ears stripped; may be re-tappable. <br /> MW6 : Missing one bolt of a size we didn 't have spare during QM ; will replace.
