Eight Mile Rd , Stockton
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Westrec / PS Marinas 5 will inject ozone from an onsite ozone generator into three, to be designated ,
ozone sparge wells for a one month pilot study. Upon completion of the pilot study, it is anticipated that
a recommendation for full scale ozone injection will include additional sparge wells. There are no surface waters associated with this project.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1 . The NOI does not list the Maximum Practical Quantitation limit (MPQLs) for each analysis. You are
to use the MPQLs listed in Table 2 of the enclosed Monitoring and Report Program (MRP) of
General Order R5-2008-0149,
2. Modifications to sampling frequency, after completion of the pilot study, may be directed by Central
Valley Water Board staff as appropriate.
3 . The 2010 fee
was submitted on 13 September 2010.
If you have any questions regarding this NOA, please telephone James Barton at (916) 464-4615, or by
e-mail at ibartonta)waterboards ,ca.gov.
PAMELA CREEDON
Executive Officer
Enclosure: General Order 135-2008-0149 and MRP
cc: w/ encl: Robert L' Heuruex, SWRCB , UST Cleanup Fund , Sacramento
Michael Infurna , San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton
John Sellman, ATC Associates Inc. , 1117 Lone Palm Ave. , Ste, 201 , Modesto 95351
