Conduct monitoring and reporting in compliance with the following specifications.
2. As shown on Figure 1, there are 13 monitoring wells and one extraction well. The
groundwater monitoring program for the 13 monitoring wells, one extraction well, two
surface water sampling locations identified as DDN and DDS, and any wells
installed subsequent to the issuance of this MRP, shall follow the schedule below.
3. Monitoring wells with free phase petroleum product or visible sheen shall be
monitored, at a minimum, for product thickness and depth to water.
4. Sample collection and analysis shall follow standard EPA protocol.
a
SAMPLING FREQUENCY
Quarterly Semi-Annually2 Annually
Wells MW-2, MW4, MW-5, EW-1, MW-14 MW-3,MW-6, MW-7, MW-8, MW-9,
New Wells, DDN and DDS MW-10, MW-11, MW-12, and MW-13°
(DDN and DDS are surface
water sampling locations
All wells shall be monitored quarterly for water levels and the presence and thickness of free product.
2 Well shall be sampled semi-annually during the second and fourth quarters.
3 Wells shall be sampled annually during fourth quarter.
" Check water levels quarterly and sample at maximum frequency of annually if sufficient groundwater
is present.
Constituents EPA Analytical Method Maximum Practical
Quantitation Limit (µg/1)5
Depth to Groundwater --- t 0.01feet
TPH asasoline 8015M 50
Benzene 8020 or 8260B 0.5
Toluenes 8020 or 8260B 0.5
Ethylbenzenes 8020 or 8260B 0.5
Xylene 8020 or 82608 0.5
MTBE 8260B 0.5
TBA7 8260B 5
TAME 8260B 0.5
For nondetectable results.
