R5-2009-0833 • - 3- <br /> H <br /> 3- <br /> H & H MARINA <br /> 15135 EIGHT MILE ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REQUIRED ACTIONS <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to California Water Code section 13267, H&H <br /> Marina shall: <br /> 1. Conduct monitoring and reporting in compliance with the following specifications. <br /> 2. As shown on Figure 1, there are 13 monitoring wells and one extraction well. The <br /> groundwater monitoring program for the 13 monitoring wells, one extraction well, two <br /> surface water sampling locations identified as DDN and DDS, and any wells <br /> installed subsequent to the issuance of this MRP, shall follow the schedule below. <br /> 3. Monitoring wells with free phase petroleum product or visible sheen shall be <br /> monitored, at a minimum, for product thickness and depth to water. <br /> 4. All concentrations between the Method Detection Limit and the Practical <br /> Quantitation Limit shall be reported as trace. <br /> s Not required in MW-8, MW-10, MW-11,'MW-12, and MW-14 <br /> Fuel oxygenates, including MTBE,TBA, and TAME, shall be analyzed in all monitoring wells during two <br /> monitoring events in the second and fourth quarters. If results are nondetectable for fuel oxygenates <br /> for both sampling events at or below the Practical Quantitation Limit, no further monitoring for <br /> oxygenates is required in that well. If a fuel oxygenate is detected, it shall be added to the monitoring <br /> program for the well in which it was detected. <br />
