A site map that I inserted the
location of 55 gallon drums of oil in the enclosed area and drain boxes for the enclosure is attached. This guy who was
there explained that the oil is sucked from the 55 gallon drums into a compartment of the diesel AST which creates 2 cycle
fuel. The area where the AST's are located is lower than the area where the 55 gallon drums are located. There are drain
boxes in the floor of the containment area. When it rains, they remove the water by opening the valves and letting the
water drain to the area east of the AST's. Picture 600 shows the drain box in the floor of the AST containment area, 601
shows a drain valve, 602 shows MW2 with a drain pipe from the 55 gallon drum area, 603 shows a black drain pipe east of
MW2, 605 shows the fence around the drum area with MW2 to the east of it, 606 show the enclosure area -the cement
wall with the fence is the area of the AST's and MW2 is in the foreground. I know transferring oil to the diesel AST doesn't
account for the MTBE. I suspect spillage or piping problems. Let me know what your want to do next.
131
Scanned_.pdf MVC-600F.JPG MVC-601F.JPG MVC-602F.JPG MVC-603F.JPG MVC-605F.JPG
MVC-606F.JPG
Margaret
1
