•1 <br /> 06 February 2004 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 01-0865 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> 32 Demonstration Of Compliance With Receiving Water Limitations (Section E) <br /> To demonstrate compliance with Section E of General Order No 5-00-119, HHM will follow the <br /> RWQCB's Monitoring and Reporting Program in Attachment B of General Order No 5-00-119 for <br /> Receiving Water Monitoring standards <br /> The point of discharge into the agriculture drainage ditch will be located approximately 80 feet east- <br /> southeast of the extraction system sampling ports will be installed to monitor the effluent treated <br /> (clean)water from the HHM site Furthermore,receiving water monitoring stations(RS-1 and RS-2) <br /> would be set up 50 feet upstream and 50 feet downstream from the point of discharge in the drainage <br /> ditch to monitor the effluent and the general water conditions of the drainage ditch AGE anticipates <br /> a continuous discharge of treated ground water from HHM to the drainage ditch at a flow rate of <br /> approximately 2 to 5 GPM <br /> Receiving water monitoring will include monthly field measurements and observations for the <br /> presence or absence of dissolved oxygen,suspended matter, discoloration,bottom deposits,aquatic <br /> life, sheen, visible film, fungi and any potential nuisance conditions Field measurements and <br /> observations will be recorded in notebooks and reported in quarterly reports and submitted to the <br /> RWQCB <br /> 33 Discharge To A Publicly Owned Or Operated Storm Water Collection Or Conveyance <br /> System -Not applicable <br /> 4 0.
