Mr. Ronald Rowe of <br /> the PHS/EHD approved the proposal for the monitor well installation, in correspondence to Condor, dated <br /> February 6, 1997. Condor subsequently prepared the Work Plan for Monitor Well Installation, dated May 30, <br /> 1997. As described in Section 1.0 of this report, the Work Plan was approved by the PHS/EHD and the <br /> Reclamation District in July, 1997. <br />
