All <br /> personnel involved with the project will be required to have present at the drill site the <br /> following: <br /> 'Respirator - MSA fullface with dust and mist and/or organic vapor cartridges. <br /> I <br /> 'Coveralls - Tyvek or 10cenguard (Saranex apron if free product) <br /> 'Gloves - inner-latex, chemical resistant Nitrile, outer-leather <br /> °Boots - chemical resistent steel toed BATA (USPCI personnel) <br /> Jr <br /> INS'l["i UAlEhTTA11ON/MONT10RINIG <br /> The breathing zone of the workers adjacent to the drill site will be monitored with a TIP-11, <br /> Hnu or OVM l;hotoioniration detector, Monitoring will be conducted periodically during <br /> drilling. Should the total ionizables present exceed 25 ppm for greater than 15 minutes, <br /> drilling operations will be suspended and the source of contamination will be investigated. If <br /> necessary, the rig will be de-mobed or the proper personal,protective equipment will be <br /> implemented prior to resuming drilling activities. .All monitoring and decisions concerning <br /> the continuation of work will be made by the USPCI site geologist. This individual'will <br /> have completed and passed both the instrumentation and supervision training programs. <br /> Calibration will be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifieations 'using <br /> the procedures detailed by the manufacturer. Calibrations will be done only by those USPCI <br /> employees or subcontractors qualified by education and training. Calibration will be done in <br /> a clean environment which is similar to the actual work environment in terms of temperature, <br /> pressure, humidity, and "background noise". Prior to actual use each instrument will be <br /> allowed sufficient warm-up time and will be "zeroed", as applicable.
