The Agreement was signed by <br /> DTSC on August 27, 1999. Mr. Jerry Lile will be the DTSC Project Manager for the Site. <br /> In addition to the Agreement, I have enclosed a Customer Service Survey,developed <br /> by the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA). Cal/EPA would appreciate <br /> your input regarding DTSC staff's performance while negotiating and preparing the <br /> agreement.
