Mr.Kai Chan, Air Permitting Engineer with the <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD} was informed of the <br /> start-up in our telephone conversation on June 18, 1993. <br /> As you may be aware, emissions from the soil vent system are controlled by activated <br /> carbon.
