� v PUBLIC NOTICE 4 NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING SITE MITIGATION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at 141 N. E1 Dorado, in the City of Stockton (APN139-090-02-1) on the southwest corner of the intersection of N. El Dorado and Channel Street, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. The corrective action plan is available for public review at the San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library, 605 N. E1 Dorado Street, Stockton, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by October 12, 1991, the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to FHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
