MONITORING AND REPORTING Pk'-,.vRAM NO. 98-800 <br /> AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -2- <br /> REPORTING <br /> When reporting data, American Savings Bank shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the <br /> constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner the <br /> to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. as <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month following the end of each <br /> calendar quarter (i.e., by 30 January, 30 April, 30 July, and 30 October) until such time as the Executive <br /> Officer determines that the reports are no longer necess e <br /> contour map, ;b) a description of the quarterly sampling event ncludinggfield notes, (c)eport shall include es)description <br /> status of any ongoing investigation or remediation, (d) an analysis of whether the contaminantcriptme of the <br /> captured by ars extraction system, (e) tables containing the water quality analytical data and depth rto is being <br /> groundwater, and (f) a ropy of the laboratory analytical data report. <br /> An annual report which evaluates the effectiveness and progress of the investigation an <br /> remediation submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year. The annual report shall contain the following minimum information: (a) both <br /> tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year, (b)groundwater <br /> contour maps ind contaminant concentration maps, (c) a discussion of the trends in the concentrations of the <br /> pollutants in the groundwater monitoring wells, (d) an analysis of whether the contaminant plume is being <br /> captured by an extraction system or is continuing to spread, (e) plans as needed for improving the groundwater <br /> extraction or treatment system, (f) the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities, (g) the reasons for <br /> and duration of, all interruptions in the operation of the treatment system, (h) an identification of andata a <br /> Y gaps <br /> and potential ceficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program, and (i) a proposal with <br /> rationale) of any desired revisions to the groundwater sampling plan frequency and/or list of analytes. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the MRP shall <br /> also be reported to the Board. <br /> Prior to the startup of a groundwater treatment system, American Savings Bank shall supply Board staff with <br /> groundwater monitoring program designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the groundwater treatmentsystem. <br /> merican Savings Bank shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: <br /> GARY .
