MONITORING AND REPORTING Pk'-,.vRAM NO. 98-800 AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -2- REPORTING When reporting data, American Savings Bank shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The annual report shall contain the following minimum information: (a) both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year, (b)groundwater contour maps ind contaminant concentration maps, (c) a discussion of the trends in the concentrations of the pollutants in the groundwater monitoring wells, (d) an analysis of whether the contaminant plume is being captured by an extraction system or is continuing to spread, (e) plans as needed for improving the groundwater extraction or treatment system, (f) the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities, (g) the reasons for and duration of, all interruptions in the operation of the treatment system, (h) an identification of andata a Y gaps and potential ceficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program, and (i) a proposal with rationale) of any desired revisions to the groundwater sampling plan frequency and/or list of analytes. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the MRP shall also be reported to the Board. Prior to the startup of a groundwater treatment system, American Savings Bank shall supply Board staff with groundwater monitoring program designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the groundwater treatmentsystem. merican Savings Bank shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order.
