The
reason for the required four additional rounds of sampling is to develop a history on the fourth well
which was recently drilled.
♦ The first round of sampling should include Dissolved Metals,Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)
and Semi Volatile Organic Compounds(SVOCs) along with Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon(TPH)
gas/diesel ranges and Benzene,Toluene, Ethyl benzene and Xylene(BTEX). If metals/VOCs/or
SVOCs are not detected in the first round of f sampling they will not be analyzed in the following three
quarters.
♦ No additional soil borings or wells are deemed necessary at this site as the vertical and horizontal
extent of soil contamination has been defined.
♦ If a stabilization of the current contaminant levels in groundwater is shown over the next four
monitoring events this site will be considered for site closure.
Should you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact me at(714)-644-2690.
Sincerely,
SANTOCHI&BRAV
( 91
T
ENGINEERM
_
Trevor D.
