(CRC) field personnel and subcontractors with an understanding of <br /> ' the potential chemical and physical hazards that exist or may arise while the tasks of this <br /> project are being performed. <br /> F <br /> This HASP describes the procedures to be followed in order to reduce employee exposure to <br /> potential health hazards which may be present at the project site. The emergency response <br /> procedures necessary to respond to such hazards are also described within this HASP. <br /> 2.0 OBJECTIVE <br /> ' The primary objective is to ensure the well-being of all field personnel and the community <br /> surrounding this site. In order to accomplish this, project staff and approved subcontractors <br /> shall acknowledge and adhere to the policies and procedures established herein. Accordingly, <br /> ' all personnel assigned to this project shall read this site Health and Safety Plan and sign the <br /> Acknowledgement Statement (Appendix A) to certify that they have read, understood and <br /> agreed to abide by its provisions. <br /> All subcontractors employed directly by CRC <br /> are responsible for compliance with the <br /> requirements of this HASP and shall assure compliance with this HASP by all their officers, <br /> t agents, employees and subcontractors.
