Page 2of3
Den's Auto site: If the proposed wells toward the north are the same as previously proposed and approved,
simply note that and reference the work plan and approval letter in the work plan for the wells toward the west.
Should be good enough.
Nuel
From: Brian Millman [mailto:bmillman@advgeoenv.com]
Sent: Wednesday, May 26, 2010 2:09 PM
To: Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject: FW: 308 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton - Den's Auto
Hi Nuel, I hope your day is going well. I was hoping you could assist me with a couple of items since Vicki
M is OUT.
Item 1) 1 sent an email to Vicki M at the start of this month regarding Den's Auto. I don't think she had a
chance to respond to me before she left on vacation. The email is below, will you please take a look at it
and answer my questions? Please.
Item 2) 1 have a question about the recent Weldon Church letter dated 11 May 2010.The letter directs
that we continuous core the injection borings to compare lithology with B-16 and MW-2. Soil borings
used for injection purposes can not be sampled. In order to compare lithologies we would have to
advance 2 separate borings just for sample collection and then 2 more borings for the actual aquifer
volume test. Is this really necessary?, we are just doing an aquifer volume test. Boring logs indicate that
there is more silty clay in the aquifer volume test area then the proposed treatment area. IF we are able
to inject water into the area with more clay then we should have no problem injecting into the
treatment area. This is the whole purpose of the aquifer volume test, just to see if we can inject into the
formation.
Let me know your thoughts.
I appreciate the assistance Nuel, have a good day and I'll talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Brian
Brian W. :Millman
California Professional Geologist#8574
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
Stockton• Santa Rasa • Monterey•Brea • SI)okane • Reno
1-800-51.1.-9300
1.-209-467-1.11.8 (fax)
1-209-482-8556 (mobile)
bmillman«:advgeoetIv.corn
www.advgeoenv.com
This entail/fax message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s)and may contain confidential and privileged
information.
